The Cultural Rucksack

Ekebergparken is now collaborating with The Cultural Rucksack in Oslo. Classes from 8th grade up to and including the final grade of upper secondary schools come here to visit the park. The classes receive guided tours and instruction in a variety of subjects.

The Activity School in Oslo

We also collaborate with the Office of Education (Utdanningsetaten) whereby we offer art mediation and workshop activities to the Activity Schools in Oslo. Subjects include the following: Figure and form, fairytales, creative mathematics and from Stone Age to Bronze Age.

Sparebankstiftelsen DNB foundation

Sparebankstiftelsen DNB foundation wishes to create engagement, lasting values and a positive contribution to the lives of children and youth. Their monetary gift in 2014 financed the now very popular climbing park, and contributed to the development of our art mediation program for children and youth.

Oslo Municipality Office of Culture (Kulturetaten)

The Office of Culture, acting for Oslo Municipality, is the owner of Ekebergparken which is a sculpture and natural heritage park. C. Ludens Ringnes foundation is responsible for development, maintenance and operation of the park.

House of Math

Ekebergparken cooperates with House of Math in our art mediation program. This enables us to offer visitors a wide professional spectrum. Together with House of Math we offer mediation within mathematics and the natural sciences.
