Don´t miss out on the fog
The fog sculpture Pathfinder #18700 by the famous japanese artist Fujiko Nakaya is a sensual experience in the forest and consists of water. The fog is turned on 3 times during the week days and 5 times during the weekends:
- Duration: 10 min
- Location: Above the water pond
- Everyday at 12:30, 14:30 & 17:00*
- Extra time at weekends: 13:30 & 19:00
Available until ca middle of October
*Sunday August 23rd : The fog is turned on at 12:35 and 14:35, due to a free dance performance in the park. Read more about this in «What´s on?»
Museum & Gift Shop
Visit our museum and learn more about Ekebergparkens cultural heritage and nature. In the gift shop you can buy art books and souvenirs by nordic design. The exhibition is free to visit during opening hours.

Ekebergparken is a public sculpture park offering panoramic views of Oslo, rich cultural heritage, and an outstanding collection of art. The collection features sculptures and installations by Norwegian and international contemporary artists alongside classic works dating from the ninetieth and twentieth century. The collection continues to grow each year with new commissions, many of which have been created specifically for Ekebergparken and are directly inspired by the rich history and its scenic landscape. The park has free entry and is open all the time.
